    Accused profile: 76561198095700965

    Victim profile: 76561198064026836

    What happened? Description:
    The person offered me my USP-S Serum for any one of his pins.
    He then told me in the trade that he would give it to me after the trade.

    After that, he gave me a code saying a taunting sentence and ran away.

    You can report the user to Valve instead
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accused profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT

    With that in mind, there isn't enough evidence to prove the accused is guilty of wrongdoing.
