What happened? Description:

I got a friend request. I accepted it and "wew" asked what I wanted for my knife, due to it being on "Csgolounge". I told him either keys or skins. He asked for what skin, I clarified what I wanted, he then said he would add money to his steam wallet to buy the skin. He then asked me to get a trusted friend for me to give my knife to, just to make sure I didn't cancel the trade after. I gave him the details of my good friend (Dr. Science) . He then changed his profile picture and name to exactly the same thing as what my trusted friend had, however he added very small changes to the names, such as commas instead of full stops and full stops after the name to avoid the name having a "(1)". So I traded my knife thinking it was my good friend. The trade never happened, so I asked my friend for the knife. He then replied, "What? You never gave me the knife." I check his profile and look at his previous name. It turns out he used my name as well as his!

Sadly I don't. I didn't realize I was scammed until I asked my friend later that day for my knife back. He said he never got it. So I unfriended the scammer because they weren't responding to my messages, so I cancelled the deal, unknowing that I had already given them my knife.
