    What happened? Description:
    Yet again another scam attempt with real money. I was selling Earbuds $28 on PPM Unusual server when ProMaster traded me asking to buy one. I added him, asked his Paypal email to make sure it was verified, which is wasn't, and asked him for his reputation thread. He then said I would have to go first based on profile reputation and not actual reputation dealing with money trading. I then checked his backpack.tf rep and he had already scammed someone else out of an unusual with false intention of sending money through Paypal with a Steamrep report. We did no transaction, but I want him to be marked so no one else would make the mistake of giving him their items with no intention of paying them.​

    Don't see any deception here - the user never stated they were using "verified" paypal - the rest of the discussion is based off another report and assuming the user reported would scam.
