What happened? Description:

They added me because they wanted my bill's hat. They said they'd pay me 16$ for it, and then sent me an empty trade offer for my bill's, and there was some false receipt for "steam money sending" which is obviously BS. I told them that I wasn't stupid, and they blocked me and changed their profile ID. I found them again though. The item wasn't taken, but I want to prevent people from getting scammed.​

Provide Evidence:

I could not open a chat window because he unfriended me right after I realized he was scamming, and I had to restart steam because steam went into offline mode when I went somewhere else (Mac steam doesn't like to go back into online mode without a resart)
