He asked to buy my specialized killstreak sniper rifle with real life money.

So he added me and we talked a little. then he sent a trade offer, with the sniper rifle in it. In the comments he wrote this:
Steam Guard: Your account will be credited the amount of $ 4.98 USD, it will be
available after the exchange.
If you refuse the exchange, amount will be refunded to the buyer.
