What happened? Description:

This player joined our server with the name "NeonHeight's Donation Bot". As a long time admin of NeonHeights servers I can tell you that we have never had donation bots and never will.

I did not wait around for the player to advertise he is accepting donations form within the chat, but this looks to me easily like somebody who is pretending to be something that does not exist in order to scam people of server donations.​

Provide Evidence:

There is image of him joining the server, an image of his Steam profile name, and a link to the ban, but as was stated above, he was not given enough time to lie and ask for donations from our players. However, I feel as if the name might possibly be enough to prove deceptive.

I can ask for chat logs from my server owner if he was on another one of our server actually saying "taking server donations", but I honestly doubt that would even be necessary with a name like this.

Perhaps; do you have any examples of what might suffice for prof? Being an admin there, I personally know he is not a donator or a staff member, but I'm sure you need more than just my word.
