What happened? Description:

Well i had a random add so i added him to see what he want. He offered me money on my unusual hat, i declined stating i was only looking for unusual and bud offers so i gave him a price. He said he could do it but i decided to check his backpack first. When i looked at his profile he barely had any rep, only had .5 hours on tf2 and no items in his inventory so to me that seem suspicious. He asked if my had was duped i honestly told him yes. Then he asked if i could give it to a friend so he could see it in my friends inventory. Then i realized he was trying to scam me because i had heard of this method before. When i told him id he was trying to scam good luck. After that he blocked me and did not respond. I feel that i need to make a report in case he was a scammer.​
