What happened? Description:

About 3 weeks back this guy told me he'd pay 3 REF for a poster of his load-out in SFM. I agreed but he kept on annoying me, so I refused until I changed my mind a few days ago. I made him the poster and I showed him a screenshot of it and told him to pay. He then offers items that are much less that what he offered and claimed them to be 1.66 ref each which adds up to "4 ref" (The items were an uncraft crones, a scottish snarl and a Professor's Peculiarity which you can probably still find in his BP.) I refused this and told him to pay the correct price, and he says that when he said "3 ref", that he never meant pure refined. (Eventhough those items were under what I asked for and what he agreed to.) I gave him time to collect the pure ref, but he still refused then removed me. He told me to add him back, but he hasn't responded as shown in the screenshots.​
