    What happened? Description:
    Offered a DBD Team Captain for my Scorching Flames Hat to Kill for; On the outpost trade offer he did not state a overpay or the fact that I had to add for his hat. After waiting for 2 days for him the decide, He claimed that i must provide overpay. He also intended to mislead me claiming that it was offered a Purple Confetti Patriot Peak +33 keys pure. Nowhere in the outpost offer did he say that i must overpay.​
