    What happened? Description:
    Player inquired about my Haunted Phantasm Jr. Slick Cut (38 keys) and then offered $70 PayPal, after negotiation we came to a settlement on $71. Before making the trade I searched SteamRep among other reputable websites and he came up completely clean. I checked his Steam page as well and he had 1 or 2 positive reps so I believed him. The rep said he was very friendly and effective, so I fell for it. It was very stupid of me. Player changed his name from "Solo" to "Cult" as shown in the proof below. Please clean the community of this scummy guy, I do not know how many other people he might of done this to.​

    Chats prove that he did in fact offer PayPal payment and he did go offline directly after asking to refresh.
