    What happened? Description:
    Guy added me a few days ago, I think, as I had no request when I opened steam up this morning, but I recognised the name. He offered me a sum of $200 for an unusual I had put up on Tf2outpost.
    I found it pretty much a giveaway straight off the bat that that was his starting offer, but I wanted to stick around a bit longer to make sure.
    No surprise when I searched his ID on Steamrep that he was already banned on FoG, and had two other outstanding reports on Steamrep, both very recent. He kept relentlessly pushing me to go first, often in broken English, and refused, with no good reason, to use a Middleman on my request. When I told him I would file a report if he persisted, he unadded me.

    Since I didn't fall for the scam, I can't provide any 'evidence' outside of chat logs. Nevertheless, I have attached them.

    Please ban this sack of s✿✿✿ ASAP, I fear a lot of people could fall victim to him due to his high Steam Level and supposed "rep threads".​

    Well this guy has been rather active lately - You did good by checking here and looking into the user prior to trading.
    Going to submit for review - in the mean time make sure @Sir Scoot you report the user to Valve also.
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
