    What happened? Description:
    So as usual i post my offer on dota 2 lounge and this person added me. He was very engaged at first and felt very confident when he was paying in paypal. But after I demanded to pay in item so we can trade within the steam system so I will not get scammed, and after I threaten to report him if he attempt any kind of scam he immediately changed his mind and decide to not trade with me, then he deleted me right away.​

    Provide Evidence:
    As an victim of scamming, i will do my best to report every single users who attempts scam towards me.

    Users would not decline a trade if ask to trade in items because it will save time and 100% safety guaranteed, only reason they would do so its because there would be no chance they are able to scam.​
