What happened? Description:

The accused user added me from a trade server to offer me his Cloud 9 Executioner at a discounted rate for pure. I discussed with him about the hat and found something suspicious about him. After further conversation it was revealed that the user has been banned from outpost for using an alternate account fraudulently. I asked him for his main account which he surprisingly provided. After researching his main, i found out he is trade probation-ed and that account is also banned from outpost.

After further discussion and probing it was revealed that he knowingly traded a cheap game (Payday 2) which currently sells for 6 keys for the 10+ bud unusual hat, at this point i continued to pretend to be interested in his hat to gather enough information for a scam report. I managed to get the information of the user who was taken advantage of and the accused acknowledged in my opinion that he engaged in a unfair trade and took advantage of the user. Eventually i made the user aware that i thought what he had done was malicious and not in good taste, i also made him aware that i would be posting this report, he then removed me.

In my opinion, multiple alt accounts, banned accounts + trade probation and knowingly sharking an unusual suggests this character is shady and would commit future offences.
