VAC Ban is not a trade ban, and it doesn't stop you from playing in non-vac protected servers.

VAC has nothing to do with trading at all. It was created to combat hackers, cheaters, aimbotters, etc.
Let's just say that if Person A was VAC Banned, and Person B wanted to buy an item from Person A, the VAC Ban would mean nothing. He can still trade items, and still sell some too.
There isn't even any relevance towards it.

Actually, if you're VAC Banned on CS:GO, that portion of your inventory becomes locked. You can't give or take any items, and the Community Market for the respective game becomes unavailable. So, for example, if Person A was VAC Banned on CS:GO, and Person B wanted to buy a TF2 item off Person A, the VAC Ban would indeed be meaningless. However, if Person B instead wanted an item from CS:GO, then the trade would be impossible.

That being said, it doesn't look like Bloodmark's VAC is for CS:GO, as he has a Silver Operation Bloodhound Coin that's 55 days old, and the ban's 239 days old, so the only reasonable deduction is that he got banned from a different game.

I confirm that this guy RUG is a scammer... Everybody pays their debts on this life and you will be one of them RUG... or whatever your name is...

I feel that you too have scammed you. Opens another scam report with your evidence. So the process will be faster and will stop stealing before.
