    Victim profile: 76561197996819661

    What happened? Description:
    Was promised collectors edition of Divinity: Original Sin. from GOG if given game SUNLESS SEA, which I then delivered upon, Only to be blocked and not given a key. I was sent a friend invite after posting a trading post on Divinity: Original Sin.​

    Provide Evidence:
    You can see the text chat and he then goes offline as soon as he receives the game. He has also blocked me from communicating with him.​

    I actually met scott about half an hour after he got scammed, I added him to trade him a legit copy of Divinity.

    Then Maaty came back the next day after scamming Scott and had this to say (which I know is not exactly compelling evidence but if you have experience trading you can see the signs):

    In order to report the account to Valve, you have to:

    1. Visit the accused's profile
    2. Click "More" drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose "Report Violation"
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click "Submit Report".
