    What happened? Description:
    Ta-da! Offered 2 skins worth 25 euro for 3.7k (35$ worth of currency) on another game called "Roblox" we met in a group on that game , talked a little exchanged steams and made a 10$ deal which went smoothly , then when we made this 25 euro deal he declined the trade later on thinking i wouldnt notice .​

    Provide Evidence:
    I have inserted a picture of him accepting the offer on chat , him declining trade (because of trade hold) and the skins still in his inventory and some other chat pictures . After the trade being cancelled i went to him and asked why he did it and he said it wasnt declined on his screen (i have proof of it being declined and i even gave him screenshots to show i wasnt an idiot)yet he said wait 8h to go through (even tho it were to go through in a little less than 10h time . I even provided a picture of my inventory and u can search me up to see i do not have the 2 skins and that ta-da! Does and he cant trade for a week since he declined a trade hold trade​

    He even said if they dont come in "8h" which they obviously wouldnt because it should have come around 10h later , i could say he scammed me .20h or so later they never came (even tho trade was declined which is obvious they wont come

    You can report the user to Valve instead
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accused profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT

    With that in mind, there isn't enough evidence to prove the accused is guilty of wrongdoing.
