What happened? Description:

Used traded Torchlight 2 for a HumbleBundle key of Starbound. After 1 Month, Steam removed the game due to payment issues.​

Provide Evidence:

I've cleared my username in the first image because I cross-posted it on reddit (they told me to come here).

The user haven't been online for a while, and I think the probably did it to a lot of other persons for what I've read on recent commentaries on his account.

He wasn't reported on SteamRep, so I though it was OK. I never even heard of cancelling the payment.​
