What happened? Description:

He asked if i want to sell my items through paypal, And after we set the deal, I've go on 1:1 basis (1 item = 1 payment) so that after i've gave him the 1 Manifold Paradox Arcana, he returned it to me to earn my trust, then I've given him again the arcana he returned to me, but, after we set the deal, I backed off to the deal and asked him to return my item, but instead of returning the item to me, He offered me a trade that asking for my another Manifold Paradox arcana (Which i didn't notice) so he scammed my 2 Manifold Paradox arcana. Steamrep can't trade ban someone, but the tag scammer can be marked on his profile and get banned from many sites after

This is me, the one reporting this issue.

Someone told me that steamrep can trade ban a player because there's a staff which has a rank of valve employee. So I'm having hope that the person reported will be banned to prevent repetition of scams involving this person.

2pcs Manifold Paradox is not a joke. I need the most speediest punishment for this person to prevent him on scamming again.
