What happened? Description:

he tried to scam me on paypal that he will send me money if i give the items first, i took video of it.
i dont know how he did it but in steam rep he has no special rep http://steamrep.com/search?q=http://steamcommunity.com/id/DdNdSdd/

but he sent me this link which is fake and shows that he is administrator https://xn--steamrp-ws4c.com/profiles/76561198104640570

this guy is a scammer and he is faking steam rep to do so. he says i have to see a trade offer so that i will send the money and then i accpet trade, but he is on 2 computers at the same time so that he wont look at the offer with the one he is sharing screen with instead he goes and accepts the trade offer and scams people with second computer. he also doesnt leave any items in his steam account he has a second one that he keeps them. he is also banned in opskins​

Provide Evidence:

i have put the video of it. i usually do not tell these scammers about steam rep so that i could easily upload files and stop to these peoples scams. i have also reported him on steam. he could buy all these items for a much cheaper price at third party websites or steams market. he thinks that people wont understand overpay is always suspiscious. i have put the link to the videocast

the only thing i can put screenshot of is the paypal, he told me to request money from him, he canceled it once cause he thought the trade offer he got was from me, that was a few days ago. then he messaged me again that he can pay more for my arcana he can pay 260 i sent the money request. but after i found out he is a total lier i canceled the money request and made the video

so what he basically do is, he is on 2 computers. sharing screen with skype from one and looking at trades from other. he asks you to request money from him and he will send money when he sees one trade offer in his notifications. then he accepts with the other computer because he is amusing them with the computer he is screen casting with. then he scams and cancels money request
