What happened? Description:

This scammer tried to sell a restricked copy of GTA V as a ROW copy.
I met this guy in SteamTrades after he posted a trade offer for this game.
A couple days later he messaged me asking to trae GTA V Row for 15 TF2 keys.
I took a look in his inventory a saw a restricted copy of the game.
I asked him twice if the game is row, and he confirmed, then I sent him a trade offer and he put up the resricted copy in the trade window.
I closed the trade and took a screen shot of the chat and the item.​
