What happened? Description:

he was selling the macho mann at a price of 1.5 keys the accused added him (the victim) to trade the accused put up fast learner and he said its the same price. he seemed a bit too rushing so the victim. the victim couldnt price check and before he could stop the trade the accused already got it​

Without the trade agreement, this looks like a sharking, not a scam.

If it is, this will have to be taken to another community, such as Mann Co. Trading, as SteamRep doesn't take shark reports.
