    What happened? Description:
    I sold him 40 CSGO Keys.

    in 2 separate PayPal payments.

    He sent me the money and I gave him the keys. A hour/two hours later, the money is on hold and now my PayPal account is on negative balance for (-34€)

    His account is "verified", he must have used an stolen credit card or something.​
