What happened? Description:

He add me to buy the items I have for sale, first doubt in accept him but then I saw that I had some metal so, I said that I add layers to buy a hat. accept it and told me he would give me $ 15 for my item, then I said I did not need the money, with that $ 15 could buy keys, and return to trade. I change the subject by saying "ill give you a hat for it", in my trade, says clearly just pure. I said that will not. he not take more than 5 seconds for removing . I saw another report this user has, I would like to he be banned , for another user is not enter his game scam​

doesnt look like enough proof... i mean, he could be talking about paying with a middleman, or something like that, do you have any more screenshots? also it would be good to link the other report here, aniway, luck with this.
