What happened? Description:

I was playing on a tf2 Valve server on the 1st of August 2014 when I recieved a chat message from Yeaman. I thought we were good friends until now. We met on a mvm server and we were good buddies because he was heavy and I was medic etc. He said check my trade offers and there it was, he wanted my valuable weapons and cosmetics all of the valuable ones. He said there was some sort of steam code thing attached to it and if I accepted I would get $98 in steam funds. It also came with this message: The User "Yeaman": has sent a transaction offer.
The quantity: "$98.87USD" (Transaction No. 5749302).

I asked him because I thought you couldn't trade fund, turns out I was right and he persuaded me. I said to take out an AWPer hand and he did but he said "He entered the wrong code" so he made another one so the dipshit got it anyway. At the time it all looked pretty legit. After I accepted he stopped responding but was still online.​

Also a few questions from me:
How will I get my items back?
Will he receive a VAC Ban for this?
How do I see the entire chat history if possible?
Should I add any more proof?
Please tell me ASAP I am stuck on a default loadout on most of my classes while this f✿✿✿✿✿ roams around bragging about his AWESOME SUPER BEASTLY UNDESERVED LOADOUT. I have already reported him on steam please tell me if I need to do anything else to get my items back and trade ban this f✿✿.​

Found out some pretty bad news, steam support will not return any scammed items, that's what I get for placing trust in someone...
MORAL OF THE STORY: Trust nobody

If this report has that little chance of being accepted and he will be trade banned, please let me know first just for me to give him 1 final chance to return the items and not be trade banned

btw If he just blocked all communications with me, I need someone to do it for me, maybe he'll listen to them, in this case I need a middleman

steamrep doesnt have the ability to trade ban only valve can do that.

If you're worried this is an attempt to get free items then how?
You can't get items back after a scam and I am just here to get this thing approved and threaten him to give me my items back

another little piece of not particularly strong evidence but just putting it out there: he also deleted my comment on his page calling him a scammer
