    What happened? Description:
    The user is attempting to steal accounts and their items.
    Going to users and saying their account has a ban report, I don't know what they do next because I told my friend what to say to get them to bugger off.​

    Don't accept 3rd party reports - you clearly added the user to frame them on your end.
    The real victim needs to submit the report.
