I guess this guys is really scammer. I'v seen a lot of scammers and I'm pretty sure, that this one one of them. Also this guy have report in steamcommunity (http://steamcommunity.com/groups/dota2lounge/discussions/0/558752356777859883/)
And here is our discussion, I think everything is clear how he works and how greedy he is
