What happened? Description:

Hey, guys I thought I should try this one more time. I was scammed out of an unusual Whirly Warrior with cloud 9 effect. The scammer (Exobvious) claimed to be offering paypal funds in return for the item and me being new to the game thought I could trust him. Well he lied. So I have tried a steam rep report before, but each time you guys always reject it because I didn't know to screen shot chat logs. This time I hope it is different, he is trade banned by valve, and banned on outpost. I hope this is good enough to show you guys that he is total scammer!!!
