What happened? Description:

Trade was set up after added me from dota2lounge so that he would gift me the "Pipe of Dezun" after i trade him my techies arcana + the items that come with it but after the trade he removed me and changed his name​

Idk if he has another pipe, but i think the only one available in his inventory as of my writing is actually not giftable. Maybe someone else can confirm this.
I am not sure but if it is giftable even for just once, there is usually a note "This item may be gifted once".
I could only guess that this is a random drop item that can never be taken out from that account unless deleted.

That item was gifted to the accused at an earlier time, which is why it is missing the "Item May be Gifted Once" tag. A common tactic for scammers is to get a giftable version and rely on victim ignorance to do gifting scams.
