    What happened? Description:
    Suspect "Genius" added me randomly, asking if he wanted to trade for my knife. I asked for ian offer, and he offered me a higher valued item. Then he wanted to "check" my items and asked if I had a trusted friend we could trade our knives to.

    Long story short, I wanted to trade legitimately, he refuses, disconnects.

    This person is already banned on SR, but figured I could make another report.​

    Don't copy/paste chat text in description area - can't accept it like that only need screenshots and a detailed description.
    Also you do know this user is already banned/tagged - nothing more we can do to them.
    When you come across a user like this its best to report to Valve, delete and move on...basically the user won't stop so we don't need multiple reports over and over.
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
