    I suspect that these accounts are affiliated with the scammer as well based on the timely nature of the item's movement from account to account:

    (Alternate account of "Benny C."; same location, shared previous names, etc) User added me and MckPlays immediately following out blocking and unfriending "Benny C."

    I cannot prove that these accounts are owned by the same person, but upon questioning, "Benny C." was extremely obstinate and evasive. It really casts a lot of doubt on the user(s) credibility.

    Hello @«BBQ» Prophet9000+,
    You have provided excellent evidence so far to indicate that you have traded the item away, but we need the trade agreement to process this report.
    Do you happen to have un-cropped screenshots of the chat record?
    Also, as this report currently lacks trade agreement, it will act as a supporting report for the primary report.

    I'm only the poster of this information on behalf of my friend (who didn't even know how to take screenshots before letting me in on this situation). I have no more evidence, although I'm quite disappointed that the offer which the user sent saying "I'll give you the keys when I give you the hat back to make it easier for us (which is in 10 minutes)" http://forums.steamrep.com/attachments/1442222520_scammer-png.322550/ and then proof the trade was accepted http://forums.steamrep.com/attachments/1442224218_screenshot-2015-09-14-19-19-51-png.322551/ is not sufficient as evidence of a trade agreement.

    That statement itself does not indicate the exact number and clarity of keys in trade (what keys? CD keys? Game keys? CS:GO keys? TF2 keys?).
    Please note that for evidence to be admissible, it must be relevant, without being unfairly prejudicial, and it must have some indicia of reliability.

    I see your point with needing evidence and being impartial, but with an obvious lack of ANY kind of "keys" being exchanged and the item being put on the market AND never being given back, the agreement was clearly broken regardless.

    First of all, thank you for your active participation in regard to this report.
    Upon further evaluation, even though the unspecified keys can be untraceable;
    The hat that the accused has promised to return obviously does not indicate an actual physical hat.
    Hence, this report will now be prioritize for further investigation.
    We appreciate your effort in filing this report, and please do so again if you encounter any scam attempts. Thank you.
