What happened? Description:

we have a deal,my 1mythical set + 6 keys to his Phantom Assasin Gleaming set.he ask for a trade offer and thats all we did, after we put the items, and press ok,he quickly remove all the items.i have all the proofs,the screenshots ,.the conversation and his inventory with my items already,and take alook, that the Phantom Assasin set is still in his inventory,thanks,im looking forward to your team to give lesson to this user.thanks.​

as you can see sir,ive bought 10 keys 3:58 PM, and the Incident happened at 6:25 pm, 6 Keys lost.
4 keys left i my inventory,i gamble my remaing keys so i bet, but i want the Gleaming Weapon/set badly so i traded it to a random user in dota2lounge for my reaming 4 keys.
