    What happened? Description:
    We agreed to trade and arcana for ember blades and 3 bundles, decided to gift bundles first and then trade arcana. After he got the bundles he started making bullshit reasons for not trading such as steam not loading and cant add arcana cant click it. Even after sending him a trade offer he was making excuses like offer not loading etc etc. Evidence attached below. Even though the value of lost items is low, a scam is a scam and should be reported.​
