What happened? Description:

I logged onto my friends account knowing that he was marked on steamrep, I use to trade and mostly play on his account. I found a guy on the discussions page and was wondering if he would be interested in buying my unusual with keys. We couldnt agree on a price and he cashed out his keys and told me he would offer me paypal for the unusual instead. Based off his profile and past history on steamrep i thought he was legit. I was taking the chance because i really wanted to sell the unusual. We talked about it and agreed to sell the unusual for $40. I sent him my email and the unusual. After some time he never replied back and to this day I havent gotten the money. I just want him to be tagged so people dont have to deal with him anyone. He stole the item from me which he agreed to pay for afterwards. Not mad about the unusual just want something done about this​
