    Victim profile: 76561198027972206

    What happened? Description:
    User sent a trade offer which offered a mediocre gun skin for a bunch of trashy garbage skins. It seemed like a legit offer until I noticed there is a $1000 gun skin in the middle of the group of trash guns.​

    Without that note that would sharking (which SR doesn't handle), but with this note it looks more like an actual scam attempt.

    Did you contact him before or after this offer or he just blindly sent you it?
    If you had chat with him either on steam directly or on trading sites like cs:go lounge, it might help.
    I'm not SR staff, so it's just my opinion and I don't make judgement call on this one since it's up to SR mod.
    But if you'll provide anymore evidence prior to SR mod's visit, that may help you with your report.
