What happened? Description:

So I was trying to by keys via paypal and i searched the outpost and found this http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19065596 I added Tetsu and we talked and he gave me his email which was [email protected] I bought 14 keys for $23.10 and I sent the payment. He told me he was checking and suddenly my Steam closed. I rebooted Steam and Tetsu blocked me from his friends list. I then came here to report him. Since Steam suddenly closed I dont have chat evidence but i have evidence of the payment and my inventory history that i never received the keys. If there is any further info that you guys need then i will be happy to help.​

Just found out this guy has a long history of scamming because i just went through his recent trades on the outpost. Also have another screenshot of him blocking me.
