What happened? Description:

I do most of my trading via tf2outpost.com and backpack.tf. I don't encourage my trading partners to add me to avoid phishing bots and provide a link to my trade offer page with every trading post I make. One day among the many trades I do in a day, this trade came in attempt to get all my valuable items in exchange for close to nothing. All the items in trade were not posted for trade in any trading posts online and I have no idea how this person found me. Shocked by the scam attempt, I wanted to cautiously proceeded to take a screenshot of the trade offer as well as recorded this person's steam ID from this steam profile page. I sent him/her a friend request to clarify the situation and found out that this player is an experienced TF2 player with over 200 hours and is well aware of his trade scam attempt. Upon realizing his "mistake" he changed his profile name, blocked me, and I declined his trade. This is the first time I've submitted a report so I am not sure if this justifies a report but I believe the community needs to know that this "player" isn't a person to be trusted. Thanks.​
