What happened? Description:

I've been dealing with a lot of Steam scammers and my friends are having the same unfortunate events.

On this case my friend A Sofa with Tourettes (He now changed to "Scammers gonna scam " to make fun of the scammer.) was targeted by a Steam user named "Scraptfb".

Scraptfb claimed to somehow have access to Sofa's account settings, and with this he threatened to change Sofa's password if he didn't send a couple of expensive Team Fortress 2 items to another Steam account that Scraptfb claimed to be his "main account".

He went ahead and sent multiple printscreens to evidence that he did really had access to Sofa's settings, however you can actually notice it's a fake image since there's a mistake:

From my knowledge there would have to be Sofa's nickname after "Community" at the top.

Scraptfb kept scaring Sofa until he decided to contact me for assistence, (I'm known for helping all my Steam friends and in some cases even random users) to which I confirmed this user was indeed a scammer and there was no way such claims were possible due to the mistake I spotted on the picture he had and since scams like these are pretty common.

I also went ahead to add Scraptfb and contact him to discuss the issue on a more "closer aproach" to which this happened:

I'm fairly certain this guy is indeed really suspicious, my friend sent evidences to which I'm now uploading them down bellow.

I never did reports in here before this is the first time, so I don't know what will happen to this user but I really suggest a warning to be added on this guy for possible next victims. (Also take note that Scraptfb claimed that this account was "hacked" and that his mainaccount was another nicked Doctor.Medic tradeit.gg, I'm sending the profile info down bellow, he could be lying however I can't confirm such a thing without any further evidences.)

Sofa isn't very good with screenshots to which he only sent me a screenshot of the scam attemp via email. The beggining of the chat with the scammer he sent it on my Steam chat copy pasted. The copy past should be down bellow.​
