    Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt
    Virtual item type involved: [TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items

    Accused profile: 76561198114396732

    Victim profile: 76561198125567598

    What happened? Description:
    He was using my friend's account to contact me (derpio, which was compromised but now it is not)
    Firstly he offered to give me free 150$ through PayPal with no catch, then he invited to talk on Discord using his actual Discord account. He asked me what's my email and Steam Guard code to take control of my account, he soon then added me to make a trade offer threatening me to lose my items or lose my account. I soon decline and then he went on to change my email, password and phone number. Eventually I got back my Steam account by Steam Support and fortunately all my items are still there. Still, I got a chat window open with one of my friends that i rarely chat with that the scammer is trying to contact .​

    Provide Evidence:
    Although I lost the chat history with derpio because my account got compromised during that time but i still have the discord conversation with the scammer (but we were voice chatting so sorry about that), proof that he had scammed derpio to talk to me, and the trade offer he used to threaten me. And an attempt to contact with one of my friends to scam him.     These are phishing/hijacking attempts and are not to be reported to SteamRep!

    You can report the user to Valve instead
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
