What happened? Description:

I was offered to buy some games from this person. We had a lengthy conversation and agreed to the items and a price. Unfortunately due to new steam limitations, he would have had to send me the items as a gift in order for me to get them from him. The keys I sent him have been moved from the account and are likely in one of this person's alts. I also assume that the account in question may have been the victim of hacking.

I apologize if I've overlooked some necessary rules or information. I'm pretty sure I've done this correctly, but I won't be surprised if nothing can be done.​
