    Report Type: [Item Fraud] Misrepresenting virtual items

    Victim profile: 76561198044154394

    What happened? Description:
    Posting trades on sites and sending counter offers fluctuating the price of the item. Also declining trades when the item price has been paid.​

    No scam here- just ignore them and ignore their offers, no context otherwise so just sending offers doesn't mean anything here and neither does the postings for trades on a site.
