    Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt
    Virtual item type involved: [TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items

    Accused profile: 76561198115476031

    Victim profile: 76561198030413990

    What happened? Description:
    Offered to overpay in pure keys (thats just a beautiful opener), backpack private, no commenting possible anymore
    sending me to skinsmarket.com to "check the full exact price" even though offer has been made and i went lower then his initial offer
    trying to get me to click a 'screenshot' link and opskins fake to see "market graph and index" before sending a trade
    told me to kill myself eventually, deleted me again
    I suspect profile got hacked and the actual owners good rep is being used to scam people out of their high level items .​
