    Victim profile: 76561198065813689

    What happened? Description:
    we agreeded that he help me to get skins to trade for a knife , by playing on csgolotto , i gave him my skins and he played , and won , and agreed again that he keep doing this till today ( we started yesterday late night , now he blocked me ; changed his Name from RIchy to KaitoInouye and his inventory is empty ( neiteher the skins 30$ worth i gave to him nor his skins )
    You trust people and they fail you , a lesson to learn never trust anyone ! ( whatever they say )​

    You can report the user to Valve instead
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accused profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT

    With that in mind, there isn't enough evidence to prove the accused is guilty of wrongdoing.
