What happened? Description:

I met this guy Named Waltz, I known him for about a few months now. He sent me a message saying that I would be able to get his 180 Key Unusaul for about 80 keys off the original price. I was happy really happy. All I had to do was buy him a "Steam Game" 25 Dollars off on the Steam Store. I bought it for him and I told him I would go first since I was getting such a great deal on this item. He later said before I gave it to him. " I will make it you have to give me 4 unusauls "Any". I think that was to make me hurry up and I did. I gave it to him, he took it though "Gifting". I said ok, now send me a trade offer. He said no, let me download it and test if it works. He kept delaying things. I was freaking out lol. I told him to hurry up. He went offline. I requested a Steam Refund. Waiting on a response. He came back on today saying I wont accept the trade cause he said i was scamming him in his own deal when he told me the offer. He said he will change it and s✿✿✿ but i didnt believe him, and was justed angry with him. I got screenshots of him. Looks like he has done this before from the comments on his profile.

He has two Accounts one has his TF2 items
and 1 Has his games I will drop alink
