    Scam Report

Report Type: [Money] Other cash fraud (webmoney, bitcoin, etc)
Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561198115647081

    Victim profile: 76561198136088350

    What happened? Description:
Contacted me saying that I would be paid $500 in gambling credit on a site called Hellcase just recently. Sent me a trade offer, I declined after experiencing similar scam.
Shortly after deleting him and reporting that person, I've come here to check his steamrep and file this report.
I don't know this person at all personally, he just added me out of random and already had the feeling that this was a scam.

    Provide Evidence:
I've included the scammer's profile, the trade offer that person sent me and a screenshot and text log of the chat with him.

Never tell your password to anyone.
    Richard: Yes?
ADMIN.HELLCASE.COM✅: Hello , congratulations for your last item won. We are contacting you because we are interested in items you have which are in extremely low stock in our site at this moment. If you want to help us to meet the demand of the supply, please accept the steam trade that we just sent you and $500 will be automatically added to your HELLCASE account. Thanks for the daily support!
And if you add after nickname when hellcase each refill on HELLCASE you will be charged 20% more money
    Richard: What a joke.
    ADMIN.HELLCASE.COM✅ is now Offline.

Ok @idiot weasel So this user is already banned/tagged - nothing more we can do to them.
But I can't confirm identity to the user just yet - so open up that trade offer again - in a web browser, hover your mouse pointer over users name so it showsup the URL at the bottom. Full screen do not edit/crop.
Also in the future please use full screens and don't crop them.

IMHO (and likely to be off topic) it's more beneficial that others know that it's sort of a recurring trend or behaviour with this person rather than just a one time thing. That may not be the case, I understand. But be it tech support scammers or people on Steam that try to take your skins, these are the kind of people that I have absolutely no respect for, and they deserve punishments for being thieves. It may not happen to me a lot but when I know of a scam I react accordingly to make sure that they don't get the benefits of stealing from people who have made an honest living working, so to speak.
I don't intend for this to be a part of the report, just saying that sometimes one tag on their profile may not be enough sometimes.

What you have happening is users getting reported over and over and over - we can't do anything more to them here. You take that time away from those that are not tagged yet and are still very active. We can tag this user 20 times - but it won't them from being able to trade or doing what they are doing if users don't pay attention and slow down to check users out.
Upon seeing the user tagged - best to just report them to Valve, delete and move on - valve is the only ones that can trade ban them.
We only add two notices on a user now anyway so this will be the last one - after that any future reports towards this user will be archived.
As noted - be sure to report them to Valve

In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
