What happened? Description:

basically I was talking to him for a few days then we finally decided that he likes my knife and wants to buy it from me via paypal. So we some thinking and he decides to buy it but does not want to go first. So I say here if you buy me the game "The Forest" and I'll give you the knife and then you can pay the rest via paypal. So we trade then he does not pay up so I'm left in the hole. ​

Hello,
Let me explain my situation right now.
I bought this account (76561198116785266) about one year ago, this guy (PROFI, I assume) sold it for 50 dollars and I thought it was pretty good deal until yesterday when I saw this report. I got scammed too, because he never mentioned about shady past of this account, but oh well, it's my problem now, I guess.

Firstly, I'm sorry for this guy, mister @Sweg 2 and secondly I would like to ask if there is anything I could do to resolve this report?
It's really getting in my way when I'm trying to trade with people, because I get called scammer in no time.
