What happened? Description:

He added after seeing a trade listed on D2L more than a month back. He was in my list for a month or so and used to enquire about the TI immortals which are giftable only. We discussed about a trade involving me gifting an item. He asked me to wait for 30 days in order for me to be able to gift him the item and assured me he's not a scammer. I agreed to go first as his involved two items of a set.( Thirst of eztzhok blades). I gifted him the item through the DOTA 2 client. Its not shown on inventory history. He unfriended me and blocked me. He also changed his username and made his profile private. I know it me being naive to go first and get scammed but I don't want anybody else to repeat my mistake, hence this report.​

Provide Evidence:

I've attached the screenshots of our conversation on steam chat discussing the trade. Chat-1 to Chat-6.

Chat-1 has the initial offer and chat-6 has the most recent conversation which happened just before I gifted him the item.

'Scammer Profile' is the screenshot of his present profile. He has changed his username and made it private, but you can see his previous username.​
