    Scam Report

Report Type: [Other] Any other fraudulent behavior
Virtual item type involved: [None] No items

    Accused profile: 76561198118750196

    Victim profile: 76561198124283036

    What happened? Description:
I wanted to trade my blizzard account with Overwatch on it, for his PlayersUnknownBattlegrounds-Key.

Because of his manipulative manner and saying that he didn't trust middleman... I went first. But only after a lot of talking and after I was sure he was a good person. I mean that guy probably has experience in scamming. The way he talks.

Long story short. I gave him my blizzard account details, he changed the email, he changed the password. I was ok with that because I trusted him and thought after that he would give me the key.

After he changed the email, I was still on my account page and then (because even after I am so stupid to trust someone, I am not extremely ✿✿✿✿✿✿ed) I made a screenshot from the new (his) email. That was the key. Without it I would have never ever gotten the account back.

After he has changed everything he didn't answer for like 10 minutes.
Then suddendly he goes offline. Damn I think as I sit there in shock. "Maybe his internet went down"... But I couldn't comment on his profile anymore and in my web browser he was shown as online. That was the moment I realized that he blocked me and I was pulled over the table for a 40€ worth game (account).

Just with his email I couldn't do much, but then I remembered I still have "mobile protect" on the account. He has overseen it and didn't remove it. I felt so extremely lucky because he just had to remove it, with 2 clicks to get full control over the account.

With both his email and my mobile protect I could get the account back. It was like a fight because every change I made he reverted back in minutes.
This guy was very well prepared and already had the blizzard app on his mobile and the authenticator for the account activated in no time.
But in the end I won and first changed the email and then removed his authenticator(which I would have never been able to without mobile protect)

    ----

A funny thing is he has a "Wall of scammers" on his profile, where he lists "bad persons that scammed him", but meanwhile is a very skilled scammer, who is pretty manipulative himself.

His +reps are worthless, because he probably deletes all -reps and blocks people he scams.

And he calls himself a "Rocket League Middleman!" and his profile description says
"Looking for a safe, reliable mm? Hmu, I do non RL trades. Such as PayPal, or other game items!"

"If you're adding me to scam me you're wasting your time, I know every trick in the book. Scammers are the reason the rocket league community is as toxic as it is. If you have a scammer please send me a steam profile link and proof of said scam."

    ----

I will try to post every proof I have so that he gets a remark on his steamrep page, that he can't delete and so that other people are warned from this... scum.

    Provide Evidence:

After the last chat log he blocked me.

The two pictures are from the account page from blizzard. On one you can see that he has took the account over with his email and changed the name. Hasn't activated the mobile authenticator at this time tough. On the other picture you see that I got the account back, with my email. But the name is still his.

You can also see my lifesaver - SMSProtect - which is easy to overlook because its grey and thus didn't got deactivated by the scammer.

On the last screenshot you can see that he clearly blocked me and not I am him.

He is a scammer and has deserved to get this remark on his profile so that others are warned.
