Hello, I am Vlad of Valve's Steam Network and I am here to help and supervise you and will be providing assistance in the field of trading and verification services. How may I help you?

    [16.36]
    FaNzu:
getting told that i have a mark, for something to do with scamming or having scammed items
what can i do about it?
how do i get the mark removed, before getting banned by vavle?

    [16.39]
    vlad:
Okay, give me a moment to check your account
So apparently steam's database system automatically marked you as scammer due to fraudulent track caused by scammed item transactions. Do you have any idea why your account is currently marked or traded with scammed items?

    [16.42]
    FaNzu:
    no

    [16.43]
    vlad:
Cases like this are usually caused by trading with scammers or accidentally bought a scammed item from a bot since bot can accept trade from anyone

    [16.45]
    FaNzu:
    sounds like a reasonable explanation

    [16.46]
    vlad:
We need to determine which item was scammed by doing a process for us to clean the item's transcript via item database system to ensure your account's safety and to avoid any penalty or getting banned

    [16.47]
    FaNzu:
    how do we do that
    ?

    [16.48]
    vlad:
before I explain the process, let me ask some questions

    [16.48]
    FaNzu:
    sure

    [16.48]
    vlad:
    How often do you trade?

    [16.48]
    FaNzu:
    very often
    almost everyday

    [16.49]
    vlad:
Are you using the official steam community market to buy and sell items?

    [16.50]
    FaNzu:
    no not really, exept yesterday
    i sold an item
    but else no

    [16.51]
    vlad:
Are you using third party sites for trading and buying items?

    [16.51]
    FaNzu:
yes a few, but its sites i trust
    like

    vlad:
Give me a moment to explain the process

    [16.55]
    FaNzu:
    sure

    [16.59]
    vlad:
In this process an item database will send a PENDING OFFER and select your most traded and suspicious items to be checked. take note the database cant accept or decline offer since it was locked from trading function. No items will be deleted or traded away from your account. Database will only check its full transcript to process the result of your itemsAnd I am going to remind you: any steam user that will be proven guilty of having suspicious plans or has committed a serious misconduct, a penalty will be assessed due to irregularity and attempted fraud. Steam will track your ip address and ban you from the server itself; so don't do anything that is against the Steam Trading Policy to prevent any further issues on your account. Don't you dare take this as a joke, but note it as serious as possible. Are we clear?

    [17.00]
    FaNzu:
    yeah we are clear

    [17.01]
    vlad:
The database was already set to run the process. An offer should be sent in a moment
After you accept the offer, no items will be deleted or will be traded away from you, the database will only need your items' full transcript to process the result of your items and for us to determine which item caused the fraudulent track so we can clean its history and clear your account to avoid penalty
Did you receive a trade offer?

    [17.08]
    FaNzu:
yeah, 2 sec me internet is slow right now

    [17.08]
    vlad:
Please accept and wait for the database to send an authenticity code, the database will provide a guide on how to use that code
Don't forget to confirm on your mobile steam guard so the database can run its full function

    [17.10]
    FaNzu:
YALL WILL GET LIGMA IF YA TRYING TO SCAM SOMEONE ELSE

You don't report this user - you report the user you were FIRST involved with.
Please give us the ID64 of that user and have you reported them all to Valve yet?
