    What happened? Description:
    He said he had a method to get free skins, and that I should pay him $5 in skins to get the info. He denied it being a scam multiple times. I think he added me a while back in a csgo match.​

    Provide Evidence:
    As above, he promised a way to get csgo skins free, then said to trade him free skins. Despite seeming like a joke, he denied it and persisted in that it wasn't a scam.​

    This user was reported once for begging.. I'm not entirely sure they know what they are doing.
    Can't verify the site they suggest - could be a place that gives away items for all I know.
    I'll archive this report for now for later reference.
