i just played in trade server randomly and a guy LOLx trades me and im thinking i didnt type sell anything in the chat he said i wanna buy a hats for 1 scrap i will write more

i edit some and he said he is a f2p he doesnt have any tradeable thing unless 1 scrap here i will add a photo
Toatally lie here is a information about his backpack thats tradeable he said he have only scrap thats tradeable REALLY?
